We use the information we collect for the following purposes: to create and manage your account, to process and facilitate delivery orders, to calculate delivery fees and process payments, to connect you with delivery partners in your area, to send you order confirmations, updates, and notifications, to improve and optimize the App’s performance and user experience, to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions, and to provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
3. Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with the following parties:
Delivery Partners: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with delivery partners to fulfill your orders.
Payment Processors: Payment information is shared with third-party payment processors to complete transactions securely.
Service Providers: We may share data with third-party service providers who assist us with analytics, hosting, cloud storage, and technical support.
Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bzrba, our users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Morocco and/or within trusted cloud service providers. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. We may also retain certain data as required by law, for dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
